How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days, contact us at info@nivio.shop.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders with no minimum purchase required.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at info@nivio.shop as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
How long do I have to return a product?

How do I start a return?
Contact us at info@nivio.shop with your order details. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
The fastest way is to return your current pair and place a new order for the size or color you'd like.
