All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items purchased are intended for personal or household use only, not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price you'll be charged is the price listed at the time your order is placed, and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise noted, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.
Online prices may differ from prices at physical retail locations or third-party platforms. Promotional pricing is governed by separate terms; in the event of a conflict, promotion terms take priority.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information. You confirm that your payment method is valid, that you are authorized to use it, and that all charges — including shipping and applicable taxes — will be honored.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Nivio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Nivio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our store and deliver Services to you. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Nivio.
