Our 30-Day Perfect Fit Promise

We want you to love your Nivio's products! If they're not quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, your shoes must be:

  • Unworn and unused (try them on indoors first!)
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@nivio.shop to begin your return. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions. Please don't send items back without requesting a return first—we won't be able to process unrequested packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your shoes are defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@nivio.shop so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Shoes that have been worn outside
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask!

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your current pair and place a new order for your preferred style. This ensures you get exactly what you want without delay.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
