We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on your location and order details.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you updated if any delays occur.


3. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping — We offer free standard shipping on all US orders with no minimum purchase required.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is processed, here's what to expect:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Sunday)
  • Transit Time: 6–12 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days
  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM PST

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays or weather conditions outside our control.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or any restricted areas. Certain items may also be subject to carrier-specific restrictions depending on your location.


6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or other issue, your package may be returned to us. If this happens, we'll reach out to you directly to arrange a reshipment, which may require an additional shipping fee.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us right away at info@nivio.shop. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
